Ahead of the virtual CES 2021, Motorola announced four new smartphones for North America – the Motorola One 5G Ace – a slightly cheaper version of the One 5G – and three others in the Moto G Family – the Moto G Stylus, Moto G Power and Moto G Play.
Motorola One 5G Ace
Priced starting at US$ 399.99 for the 6GB + 128GB model, the Motorola One 5G Ace has a large 6.7-inch FHD+ Max Vision display with 20:9 aspect ratio and HDR10 technology, 16MP selfie camera, microSD card slot and depends on a 5,000mAh battery that lasts up to 2 days of battery life on a single charge. The phone is based on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 750G 5G mobile platform and feature a triple camera system which is made up of a 48MP main + 8MP ultra-wide + 2MP macro sensors.
The One 5G Ace is available in two memory and storage configurations – either 4GB or 6GB RAM and 64GB or 128GB storage. It will go on sale in the US starting January 14 online on Motorola.com, Amazon.com, B&H Photo, Best Buy and Walmart while most carriers and MVNOs such as AT&T, Google Fi, Metro by T-Mobile, T-Mobile, and Verizon will offer the devices in coming months.
Moto G Stylus (2021)
The new Moto G Stylus packs a large edge-to-edge 6.8-inch Full HD+ Max Vision display, Qualcomm Snapdragon 678 mobile platform, 4GB RAM + 128GB storage, microSD card slot, 48MP main + 8MP ultra-wide + 2MP macro triple camera system and a 4,000mAh battery. The phone comes with the Moto Note app and the built-in stylus which does the usual functions such as note taking, sketching, and editing. It is priced at US$ 299.99 and will go on sale from the same channels as the Ace.
Moto G Power and G Play (2021)
The new Moto G Power is based on the Snapdragon 662 mobile platform and has a 6.6-inch HD+ Max Vision display while the new Moto G Play is based on the Snapdragon 460 mobile platform and sport a 6.5-inch display with the same resolution. They are both backed by a 5,000mAh battery, which provides up to three days of battery life. The former is available for US$ 169.99 while the latter is available for $199.99 (3GB RAM + 32GB storage) and US$ 249.99 (4GB RAM + 64GB storage).
