The month of September is heating up, with Samsung having scheduled its press event for September 4 and the Apple iPhone 6 expected days later; Motorola has sent out press invite scheduled for September 4 and its intentions for the event were made very clear. The event is scheduled for Chicago and has the theme – “Choose To Discover and Choose to Have Fun“.
The Company is set to announced the Moto 360, the Moto X +1, the Moto G2 and apparently a new bluetooth Headset accessory.
Motorola Set To Announce the Moto 360, Moto X+1, Moto G2 on September 4
The Motorola Moto 360 was announced as early as March this year, but he device is set to make its debut about 6months later. The smartwatch has surfaced in series of leaks but no final specs has been penned for the device. The device is set to feature a metal body, charging cradle and wireless charging; but most of these would be confirmed when it debuts.
The Motorola Moto X+1 is the next flagship device from the company. The device is set to feature a 2.5GHz Quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 SoC, 2GB of RAM, a 5.1″ or 5.2″ screen size, 12MP rear camera and a 2900mAh battery.
And for the Motorola Moto G2 or (Moto G+1) is expected to be the sequel to the very affordable Moto G smartphone. The device is set to support Dual-SIM functionality, bigger screen size and bigger camera than its predecessor. The specs as seen on GFX Benchmark includes – 5-inch display, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 400, 1GB of RAM and would run on Android 4.4.4 Kitkat OS.
