MyTimes is a brand name I haven’t hear about before but the company seems to be inspired by the design and success of the Lenovo Yoga tablets. The tablets announced are the MyTimes M107 and M807 which both use an octa-core MediaTek processor, Dual SIM connectivity, plastic unibody and features a kickstand. Both the MyTimes M807 and the MyTimes M107 only differs in terms of the screen size and battery capacity.
The MyTimes M107 packs a 10.1 inch IPS LCD full HD (1920 x 1200) resolution display. with LED backlight. Under the hood is a MediaTek Octa-core MT6592 processor which clocks at 1.7 GHz with Mali-450 MP4 GPU and 2GB of RAM.
There is a 16GB internal storage which is expandable up to 32/64GB via a microSD card slot. On the rear is a a selection of cameras, depending on your cash you can opt for a 2MP, 5MP or 8MP camera. The device packs Dual SIM slots, supports 3G connectivity which means users do not have to rely on Wi-Fi.
Just like the Lenovo Yoga, the MyTimes M107 makes use of a metal kickstand which allows usage in multiple viewing angles. It also packs an impressive 9000mAh battery which is touted to last several hours of usage.
The MyTimes M807 has basically the same specs as the M107 but the former differs with its screen size – a 8-incher and uses a 6000mAh battery to powers the device. Asides that, the M807 also uses the same octa-core MediaTek processor, 2GB of RAM, a microSD card slot and Dual-SIM functionality.
The MyTimes M107 and M807 Dual SIM tablets are available for a price tag of $120 and $108 respectively.
