Popular networking product manufacturer, TP-LINK has added the Neffos X1 and Neffos X1 Max to its smartphone portfolio at the IFA. Both devices will be available by this quarter (Q4 2016) for prices starting at EUR 199 and EUR 249, respectively.
The Dual SIM enabled Neffos X1 sports a 5-inch HD display (294ppi), measures 142 x 71 x 7.95mm in dimensions, supports 4G LTE and is backed by a 2250mAh battery. It is available in either 2GB/16GB or 3GB/32GB RAM and storage options, and the storages are expandable up to 128GB.
The Neffox X1 Max on the other hand has a bigger 5.5-inch display with Full HD screen resolution (404pp1), measures 153 x 76 x 7.7mm in dimensions and is backed by a 3000mAh battery. It is available in either 3GB/32GB or 4GB/64GB RAM and storage options.
Available in Cloud Grey and Sunrise Gold colour options, both the Neffos X1 and Neffos X1 Max sport a full metal body with dual-curved back, fingerprint sensor (0.2s) and are powered by the 2.0GHz octa-core Helio P10 processor with the GPU (Mali-T860) clocked at 550MHz and 728MHz, respectively.
Photography is handled by a rear facing 13MP camera with Sony IMX258 sensor, 5-element lens with f/2.0 aperture and PDAF while the front 5MP camera handles selfies and video chats. Connectivity options onboard includes Bluetooth 4.1, Dual Band Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, GPS and GLONASS.
