Oppo in the past few smartphone release has been synonymous with device with slim profiles, beautiful design and of recent the company has implemented 2.5D and 3D glass (curved glass). A new device from Oppo which has semblance with the Oppo R1C / Oppo R1x has surfaced online and is expected to slot into the Oppo R Series.
According to GizmoChina, the Oppo R smartphone sports a 5-inch (1920 X 1080 pixels) Full HD display resulting in a pixel density of 441ppi. Under the hood it is powered by a 64-bit octa-core Qualcomm snapdragon 615 processor with 2GB of RAM.
There is no exact listing of the amount of native storage it should have but at least there should be 16GB space on-board judging by current trends. There should be a microSD card slot on-board too for storage expansion (possibly up to 128GB).
The main camera is a 13 megapixels Sony made sensor and a front facing camera of around 2 – 5 megapixels; the device supports Dual SIM functionality and 4G LTE connectivity. There is no word on the the expected launch date, the pricing nor the availability but we will leave you with the images of the device which can be seen above.
