Vertu and Bentley have continued their existing partnership by announcing the Signature Touch for Bentley. The new Luxury phone which is the third from the partnership, is based on the second-gen Signature Touch by Vertu. It will be available starting January 28th for a price starting at $9,000.
The press release on the Vertu Signature Touch for Bentley says;
“Featuring two-tone Beluga and Hotspur Bentley leather, with Hotspur stitching, the phone also features knurled side keys, a unique pillow rail and sound bar and a 3D Bentley logo. A unique Bentley app delivers exclusive content to customers, bringing the world of Bentley alive through tailored events, VIP access and special features designed to integrate the Signature Touch with the range of Bentley models”.
As expected, Vertu has thrown in its full portfolio of services which includes the Dedicated Concierge as well as Vertu LIFE and Vertu CERTAINTY packages. The Made to Order option allows the device to be personalised in 8 different leather colours and stitching options. It also comes with a new feature called Lost Phone service – it helps owners remotely lock and wipe the phone if lost or stolen.
It sports a 5.2-inch (1920 x 1080 pixels) Full HD display with Sapphire Crystal Glass, 4GB of RAM, 64GB built-in storage space, 4G LTE connectivity support, Octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 64-bit processor, runs Android 5.1 Lollipop OS and is backed by a 3160mAh battery.
For photography, there is a front facing 2MP camera, a rear facing 21MP camera with Phase Detection AutoFocus and Dual LED flash. The Vertu Signature Touch for Bentley also has Dolby Digital Plus virtual surround sound for extraordinary sound performance.
