After announcing its return to the smartphone market, Finnish company, HMD Global has announced new set of Nokia-branded feature phones in the Post-Microsoft era. The Nokia 150 and Nokia 150 Dual SIM will be available in select markets across Europe, APAC and IMEA, starting Q1 2017.
Priced starting at US$ 26 (before taxes and local subsidies), the Nokia 150 (and Nokia 150 Dual SIM) sport polycarbonate body build (Black and White colours), a 2.4-inch screen with 240 x 320 pixels (QVGA) display resolution, LED torchlight, built-in FM Radio, MP3 Player and VGA camera with LED flash. It also boots the existing Nokia Series 30+ OS.
The phones has a microSD card slot for storage expansion (up to 32GB), supports dual band 2.5GHz (900 MHz/1800 MHz) and Bluetooth v3.0 with SLAM. It uses the micro USB port for charging and come pre-loaded with the classic Snake Xenzia game as well as the Nitro Racing by Gameloft (Try and Buy).
Although both models are backed by a similar 1020mAh battery, the Nokia 105 has a standby time of 31 days while the Nokia Dual SIM has a standby time of 25 days. Up to 22 hours of talk time is rated for the duo.
