Nokia 225 and 225 Dual Sim Specifications and Price

Basically a week after launching the Nokia Lumia 930, Lumia 630 and Lumia 635, Nokia has unveiled a new budget phone (feature phone) called the Nokia 225 and the Nokia 225 Dual-Sim. Nokia boast of the Nokia 225 as the worlds slimmest phone till date and both the Nokia 225 and Nokia Dual Sim have the same features; the only difference is the Sim support.

The Nokia 225 features 2.8inch display QVGA (320×240) resolution, 2-Megapixels rear camera and running on OS Series 30+. It comes with dimensions of 124×55.5×10.4mm and weighs 100.6 grams. Also the Nokia 225 sports a dust and splash proof keymat and boasts of battery standby time of 27days for the Dual Sim and 36 days for the single sim.

Despite its minimal specs, the Nokia 225 comes with a Micro SD slot which supports up to 32GB of memory, 5 pre loaded games (The Avengers, Real Football 2012, Asphalt 6, Assassins Creed 3, Block Breaker 3), FM Radio support, and Bluetooth 3.0.

PRICING AND AVAILABILITY
The Nokia 225 and the dual sim is expected to be available in selected markets by Q2 2014 and will be expected to sell for 39Euros (Roughly Rs.3200). Its availability in Nigeria and Africa cannot be be dated but the Nokia 225 will cost around N8, 500 and N9, 500.

The Series 30+ handset will be available in black, white, yellow, green and red colours.
