Back in August, Nokia announced return to the mobile market with new Android smartphones and tablets planned, in tie-up with HMD Global, a subsidiary of Foxconn. Nokia D1C, the company’s upcoming Android smartphone has surfaced on AnTuTu and Geekbench Benchmark listings.
As reported by AnTuTu, the Nokia D1C Specs starts off with the Android 7.0 Nougat OS pre-installed, Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 octa-core processor with Adreno 505 GPU, 3GB of RAM, 32GB built-in expandable storage space and Full HD screen resolution on an untold display size. It packs a front facing 8MP camera and a rear placed 13MP camera.
Most of the above toe in line with the Geekbench listing which see the device pack an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 64-bit processor (4 x 1.2 GHz Cortex A53 + 4 x 1.5 GHz Cortex A53) clocked at 1.4GHz along with Adreno 505 GPU, 3GB of RAM and run Android 7.0 Nougat. It achieved a score of 667 in the single core test and 3120 in the multi core test.
The device is expected to support 4G LTE networks, however the battery capacity is unknown. At the moment, there is no information on the full Nokia D1C specs nor is there any on a potential launch date. We are waiting on the device making a visit to Chinese agency – TENAA and bring more information as soon as they come our way.
