Nokia N1 Tablet starts selling in Taiwan for $270 USD

The Nokia N1 Tablet which was launched in Taiwan last month, has started selling in the country, the Android OS running slate costs the equivalent of $270 USD. The tablet is expected to start selling in other regions but for now people have to contend with finding it in the Asian region.

The Nokia N1 Tablet is manufactured by Foxconn but was designed by Nokia and the name Nokia was also licensed. It sports a 7.9-inch LCD display with a resolution of 1536 x 2048 pixels with a pixel density of 324ppi and Gorilla Glass 3 protection.

Under the hood, it is powered by a quad-core Intel Atom Z3580 SoC (64 bit) clocked at 2.3GHz CPU with PowerVR G6430 GPU handling graphics, 2GB of RAM handling tasks and 32GB space of non-expandable storage for files and the what-have-you.

The main camera is a 8MP snappper and the front camera is a 5MP snapper. Connectivity options on the tablet includes – Dual Band Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 4.0 and micro USB Type-C. It measures 200.7 x 128.6 x 6.9mm and weighs 318 grams.

The Nokia N1 tablet runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop OS with Nokia Z Launcher ontop and is backed by a 5300mAh battery. It also comes with Google Services such as the Google Play Store and the likes. Mind you, it sold in China with these features on-board.
