Alongside the M2 and M2 Lite, Nubia also announced the launch of the battery-centric Nubia N2. The new smartphone boots nubia UI 4.0 based on Android Marshmallow, packs a massive 5000mAh battery with support for fast charging (18W) and an enticing promise to deliver up to 60 hours of talk time.
The Nubia N2 retains the hybrid Dual SIM (nano + nano/microSD) slots and 5.5-inch display on the nubia M Series, with a screen res of 1920 x 1080 pixels (Full HD) and an aluminium metal body. It is powered by an octa-core Mediatek processor paired with 4GB of RAM and 64GB built-in storage space.
Unsuprisingly, the N2 has same camera setup as the nubia M2 Lite – a rear 13MP PDAF camera with LED flash and f/2.2 aperture. The front selfie camera is a 16MP snapper. The device has 4G LTE (Cat. 6) and VoLTE support as well as standard connectivity options cuah as Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and GPS.
The Nubia N2 (successor to the N1)measures 7.9mm thick, weighs 180 grams and has its fingerprint scanner embedded into the front home button. It also arrives with the USB Type-C port and will be available starting April 8 for a CNY 1,999 (US$ 290). Gold and Black are the available colour options.
