Lenovo has unveiled the Lenovo Z6 Pro – successor to last year’s Lenovo Z5 Pro. Pre-loaded with ZUI 11 (based on Android 9 Pie), the smartphone sports a 6.39-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED 19.5:9 display with ultra narrow bezels and support for HDR 10 and is based on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 mobile platform paired with up to 12GB of RAM and up to 512GB built-in expandable storage.
The smartphone is equipped with liquid cooling with 5mm reinforced copper tube and larger heat dissipation area, sixth-gen in-display fingerprint scanner and quad rear cameras – 48MP (f/1.8) main + 16MP (f/2.2) 125° ultra-wide-angle + 8MP (f/2.4) telephoto + 2MP (f/1.8) sensor for video enhancements. The camera also has PDAF, IOS, ToF sensors beside the dual LED and features such as Super Macro, Super Night Scene, Super Wide Angle and more.
The Lenovo Z6 Pro has a 32MP (f/2.0) selfie camera in the waterdrop notch, 3.5mm audio jack, USB Type-C port, Bluetooth 5.0 and depends on a 4,000mAh battery with support for 27W fast charging. Pricing starts at CNY 2,899 for the 6GB + 128GB model; CNY 2,999 for the 8GB + 128GB model and CNY 4,799 for the 12GB + 512GB model. It will go on sale on April 29, 2019 in Green and Red colours in China and the 5G variant will be released later in China.
