Months after the release of the OnePlus 3, Chinese company – OnePlus has announced an upgraded version of the flagship killer called OnePlus 3T. Basically the latter retains the same body design and other key specs as its predecessor and obviously, something must have changed to call it an upgrade.

Verdict

The Processor and battery capacity are some of the key differences between both devices. While the OnePlus 3 originally had a Snapdragon 820 processor and 3000mAh battery, the OnePlus 3T get the better perform ing Snapdragon 821 and a higher capacity battery (13% bigger). Both however, have the company’s Dash Charging and boot Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow OS with Oxygen OS on top.

The front camera has been doubled from 8MP on the OnePlus 3 to 16MP on the OnePlus 3T. The rest of the specifications including the main camera, body design and display are basically the same.

In conclusion, the OnePlus 3T comes with a bigger batter, faster processor, high-res front camera, new colour and 128GB option, and improved Oxygen OS, compared to the OnePlus 3.
