OnePlus has announced it is time for a change, the company has scheduled an event for June 1 (mark your calaender) which it would make this announcement. At the moment, nothing is expected from the company other than the long rumoured OnePlus One successor – the OnePlus Two (or OnePlus 2).
Making the announcement on twitter, the company posted an image along with Pencil and Eraser which could point to a redesigned and new smartphone is in the works.

The OnePlus Two or OnePlus 2 is confirmed to be powered by the 64-bit octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor which could be paired with either 4GB or 3GB of RAM. The device could have a 5.5-inch (2560 x 1440 pixels) Quad-HD display and a fingerprint scanner on the back.
The OnePlus Two is expected to much more expensive than the OnePlus One which sell for $299 unlocked. The company should start selling the device by July and for sure it would be available via the invite system which is now synonymous with OnePlus.
Mind you, the company has not stated what we should expect so things could still change. It could be a smartphone or it could be something else. We will keep you informed as thing unfold on June 1.
