OPPO has added a new A series mid-range smartphone to its collection in China. The OPPO A3 is closely similar to the OPPO F7 with its 6.23-inch FHD+ FullView display with 19:9 aspect ratio and 88% screen-to-body ratio, rear facing 16MP camera, MediaTek Helio P60 octa-core SoC and ColorOS 5.0.
Although, the OPPO A3 has a smaller front camera (8MP sensor) compared to the 25MP camera on the F7, the rest of the specs, however remain the same. It lacks a fingerprint sensor as expected but the front camera supports Face Unlock (0.08 second unlock time) and the multi-layered metallic and glass back cover emits different shades when spotted from different angles.
