China Telecom has officially announced the Oppo A33m; the 5-inch sized low-midrange device is available through the carrier for a price tag of CNY 1399 (USD 220 / EUR 204) in Black and White colour options in China. There is no mention of the previous Gold colour option expected.
Moving to the details, the Oppo A33m has been spotted on TENAA already; it sports a 5-inch IPS LCD display with a resolution of 960 x 540 pixels (qHD) and a pixel density of 220ppi. Under the hood, it is powered by a 64-bit quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 MSM8916 processor clocked at 1.2GHz with 2GB of RAM and 16GB internal storage space.
In the camera segment, the device has a front facing 5-megapixels camera for selfies and a rear facing 8-Megapixels camera with LED flash. Connectivity options on the device includes – Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, micro USB v2.0, GPS and 4G LTE (LTE Cat.4)/3G HSPA+.
Running Android 5.1 Lollipop OS with ColorOS 2.1 ontop, the Oppo A33m has Dual SIM slots (Micro + Nano), a microSD card slot (expandable up to 32GB), measures 142.7 x 71.7 x 7.55mm in dimensions, weighs 146 grams in size and is backed by a 2400mAh battery.
