Oppo has launched a refreshed version or the successor (which ever you like to call it) of the Oppo Joy – the Oppo Joy Plus. The Joy Plus is likely to be an Indian exclusive device which would see it come in Blue and White Colour options for Rs 6990 ($111).
The Oppo Joy Plus differs from the Oppo Joy in terms of RAM and OS; it now comes with 1GB as against the 512MB on the latter and it now runs Android Kitkat OS with Color OS 2.0 ontop. It also supports dual SIM functionality (normal + micro) as expected.

Commenting on the Launch of the Oppo Joy Plus, Tom Lu, CEO, OPPO Mobile India said.
Recaping the full details, the Oppo Joy Plus features a 4-inch (800 X 480 pixels) WVGA IPS Ultra-Sensitive touchscreen display with glove mode. It is powered by a 1.3 GHz dual-core MediaTek MT6572 processor paired with 1GB of RAM, 4GB space of internal storage, and a micro SD card slot is on-board to expand storage up to 32GB.
The main camera is a 3MP unit and there is a front facing VGA camera. Connectivity options on the device includes – 3G HSPA+, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth, GPS and NFC. It measures 124 × 63 x 9.9mm, weighs 125g, Android 4.4 Kitkat OS with Color OS 2.0 and is backed by a 1700mAh battery.
