Oppo has officially announced a new device – the Oppo R7 Plus High-End Version which brings some incremental updates over the Oppo R7 Plus. It also come in two variants – an international version with Qualcomm processor and a China Unicom version with Mediatek Processor.
The Oppo R7 Plus High-End version differs from the standard R7 Plus with a higher RAM and internal storage space. The device now has 4GB RAM and 64GB expandable built-in storage space compared to 3GB RAM and 32GB internal storage space on the standard model.
The International variant is powered by a 64-bit Octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 MSM8939 processor clocked at 1.5GHz with Adreno 405 GPU while the China Unicom model is powered by a 64-bit True Octa-core Mediatek MT6795 processor clocked up to 2.2GHz with PowerVR G6200 GPU.
The Oppo R7 Plus High-End has the same 6-inch 1080p Full HD AMOLED 2.5D ARC Edge display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection, Hybrid Dual SIM slots (Nano + Nano/microSD), front 8MP camera with f/2.4 aperture, rear 13MP Laser AF camera with Dual LED flash, USB OTG and 4G LTE support.
It has a fingerprint sensor measures 158 x 82 x 7.75 mm in dimensions, weighs 192 grams in size, runs ColorOS 2.1 based on Android 5.1 Lollipop OS and is backed by a 4100mAh battery with VOOC flash charge tech. The device will go on sale later his month and pre-ordering it is underway.
The International variant of the Oppo R7 Plus High-End version is available for CNY 3299 (US$ 514) and the China Unicom Version costs less at CNY 2999 (US$ 467).
