OPPO Mobiles announced the launch of the OPPO RX17 Pro and RX17 Neo at an event in Milan, Italy. Both devices are based on the existing OPPO R17 Pro and R17 Neo, and will only be on sale in European markets such as Italy, France, Spain and the Netherlands from November 16.
Both the RX17 Pro and RX17 Neo feature a 6.4-inch Full HD+ 19:9 AMOLED display with a notch, 91.5% screen-to-body ratio, Corning Gorilla Glass 6, front 25MP AI camera and an in-display fingerprint sensor with 0.41s unlock time. Both boot ColorOS 5.2 (based on Android Oreo OS).
The OPPO RX17 Pro is based on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 mobile platform, paired with either 6GB or 8GB of RAM and 128GB built-in storage. It is equipped with 12MP (f/1.5 or 2.4; OIS) + 20MP (f/2.6, TOF 3D camera) dual rear cameras, Bluetooth 5, USB 3.1 Type-C , NFC and a 3,700mAh battery with (10V/5A) SuperVOOC fast charging.
The OPPO RX17 Neo is based on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 mobile platform, paired with 4GB of RAM and 128GB built-in storage. It is equipped with 16MP (f/1.75) + 2MP (f/2.4) dual rear cameras, Bluetooth 5.0 and depends on a 3,600mAh battery.
The RX17 Pro is priced starting at EUR 599 and arrives in Emerald Green and Radiant Mist colours while the RX17 Neo comes in Astral Blue and Mocha Red colours for EUR 349.
