Panasonic India has announced two new Eluga series smartphones in India – the Eluga Ray Max and Eluga Ray X. Both smartphones also sport a unibody metal design, 4G VoLTE, Fingerprint sensor, Front Selfie Flash and the company’s new AI powered virtual assistant – Arbo.
According to Panasonic, Arbo, is a software for Android phones that brings to life simple smartphone operation utilizing AI and a new user interface. While not conversation driven, Panasonic’s new AI basically understands usage of the phone, over time make it smarter and help make the user more productive. It will be available by the end of April.

Pricing and Availability
Both the Panasonic Eluga Ray Max and Eluga Ray X will be available exclusively from Flipkart starting April 1st in Gold, Rose Gold and Space Grey colours. The Ray Max is priced at Rs. 11,499 ($177) and Rs. 12,499 (193) for the 32GB and 64GB versions respectively, while the Eluga Ray X is priced lesser at Rs. 8999 ($139).
