Panasonic has released a forgettable new low-end smartphone in its ‘P series’ range in India. The Panasonic P9 comes with support for 4G VoLTE as expected and manages only 1GB of RAM. It is now available from Panasonic shops and other associate retail outlets in India for Rs. 6290 (US$ 98).
Pre-loaded with Android 7.0 Nougat OS, the P9 sports a 5-inch FWVGA IPS display and relies on a quad-core MediaTek MT6737M 64-bit processor. Power is supplied by a 2,210mAh battery.
