Pioneer is expected to release the mid-range Pioneer C1 smartphone into China soon as it has been certified by TENAA. The 5-inch sized device runs Android Lollipop OS, supports 4G LTE connectivity and is available in White colour option only.
According to the listing, the Pioneer C1 features a 5.2-inch IPS LCD display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels and is powered by an octa-core processor clocked at 1.6GHz paired with 2GB of RAM.
There is a 16GB space of built-in storage and a microSD card slot is available for storage expansion. Camera combination used on the C1 by Pioneer is a rear facing 13-Megapixels main camera with LED flash and a front facing 5-Megapixels camera for selfies et video chaats.
The device supports the following network bands – FDD-TD-LTE, W-CDMA, TD-SCDMA and GSM; while other connectivity options includes – Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GPS and micro USB 200. The Pioneer C1 weighs 130 grams, measures 148.5 x 72.7 x 6.6mm in dimensions and runs Android 5.1.1 Lollipop OS out-of-the-box.
There is no word on the battery capacity, an exact launch date and pricing which shouldn’t be far away.
