Chinese companies are the forefront in the affordable tablets market with their various aggressively priced product offerings and Ployer happens to be one of them. The Ployer MOMO7W is already being sold by Jindong Mall in China for a price tag less than US$ 50 (CNY 299 = ~ US$ 46).
Like other tablets in the market, the Ployer MOMO7W enjoys the goodies provided by both Microsoft and Intel as it boots genuine Windows 8.1 OS which comes pre-installed with Office 365 and powered by a quad-core Intel Atom BayTrail-T processor clocked up to 1.33GHz.
The tablet sports a 7-inch IPS display with a resolution of 1024 x 600 pixels (170ppi), uses 1GB of RAM, 16GB built-in storage space and free 15GB OneDrive Cloud storage space. Also onboard is a microSD card slot for storage expansion, micro HDMI port for external peripherals, single rear facing speaker, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n and USB OTG.
7-inch Windows tablets have been branded as ‘no good’ due to the restrictive nature of the full Windows OS on screens especially those smaller than 8-inch in size. The Ployer MOMO7W is not even near best tablet around but it is one of the cheapest around.
