Prestigio has added a new tablet to its tablet lineup with the Prestigio MultiPad Consul 7008; which sports a quad-core SoC and runs on Android 4.4 Kitkat OS.
Specs-wise the Prestigio MultiPad Consul 7008 sports a 8-inch display with a HD (1280 x 720 pixels) resolution; under the hood is a 64-bit 1.2GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 processor with Adreno 306 GPU, 1GB of RAM and 8GB space of internal expandable storage. There is a microSD card on the tablet (up to 32GB) which also sees the company add around 200GB of Cloud space from Prestigio MultiCloud.
Other specs details of the device includes – Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS, Bluetooth 4.0, FM Radio, 2MP main camera on the back, front VGA (0.3MP) camera for selfies and video chats, Android 4.4 Kitkat OS is employed, 4G LTE connectivity and a 3700mAh battery which is expected to kept the light on for some hours.
The Prestigio MultiPad Consul 7008 is available in Black and White colour options. The device is expected to be in the stores for a retail price tag of 849 Romanian Lei (around €191) but has a suggested €199 retail price while in the UK it costs £154.99.
