QiKU will debut in India with QiKU Terra 810 and QiKU Terra 808

Coolpad and Qihoo 360 are planning to enter the Indian market with the QiKU brand; the outfit is expected to release the phablet-sized QiKU Terra 810 and QiKU Terra 808 in India before the end of November 2015. There is no word on pricing.

The QiKU Terra 810 and QiKU Terra 808 are based on the already launched QiKU Q Terra Prime and Q Terra Ultimate respectively. Both devices come with a fingerprint scanner and run 360 OS (actually based on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop OS) with features such as security center, SMS encryption and more.

Starting with the QiKU Terra 810, it sports a 6-inch QHD display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3, powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor with 4GB of RAM and 64GB internal storage space. The device has a 8MP front camera, Dual rear facing 13MP f/1.9 cameras, 4G LTE support and is backed by 3600mAh battery with fast-charging features.

The QiKU Terra 808 on the other hand, has the same features as the Terra 810 except some difference in the aspects of RAM, display resolution, processor and storage. The device has a 6-inch Full HD display, powered by an Hexa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 processor with 3GB of RAM and either 16GB or 32GB internal storage space.
