A couple of days ago, renders of the Nokia C1 Android smartphone surfaced online courtesy of Weibo which has become a very great source of leaks and has helped build previous rumours of the device which surfaced late last year after the launch of the Nokia N1 tablet.
Real images of the Nokia C1 Android phone has surfaced also on Weibo adding further truth to the previous claim by different rumour mills. The Stock Android running smartphone with Nokia Z launcher ontop has a sleek looking narrow frames and on-screen virtual buttons.
The Nokia C1 has a good screen-to-body ratio, the ‘Nokia’ logo is at the bottom rear and if you are thinking that it has the same design as the N1 tablet, you are right. Specs-wise, it is expected to sport a 5-inch HD display, 2GB RAM, Intel Atom processor, 8MP/5MP rear and front camera.
The Nokia C1 is a pretty much lower-end midrange phone in terms of all the info we have so far but then nothing is official yet. Nokia could announce the device soon but has to wait until 2016 to start selling phones under its name. The C1 could end up being a success due to the nostalgic Nokia feeling.
