Indian Domestic TV manufacturer, Salora has announced its first smartphone in the newly debuted Arya Series. The Salora Arya Z2 is a budget smartphone with Dual-SIM functionality and runs on Android 4.4 Kitkat OS.
The device features a 5-inch HD IPS OGS Display, powered by a 1.3GHZ Quad-core MediaTek MT6582A processor with Mali 400MP2 GPU, 1GB of RAM, 4GB of internal storage and a microSD card slot for storage expansion (up to 32GB). The Salora Arya Z2 sports a rear facing 8MP autofocus camera with LED flash and a front facing 2MP camera.
Connectivity options on the device includes – Bluetooth, 3G, EDGE/GPRS, USB OTG. The Salora Arya Z2 measures 7.55 mm in thickness, weighs 155 grams and powered by a 1800mAh battery; which provides around 8 hours of talktime on 3G network.

The Salora Arya Z2 is available in Black colour option is available for a retail price of Rs 6,999 ($115) on Amazon India. The company has established over 250 owned services network called ‘SILCARE’ in the country. Along with the service centres the company is also extending different warranty option to customers as well as a potential pick and drop points for areas without service centres.
