Samsung is reportedly working on a new C Series smartphone line and from the look of things, these device will have the same all metal body as the Galaxy A Series but the specs will be better. Confirmed devices from the line, Samsung Galaxy C5 and Galaxy C7 has surfaced in a leak (image, specs and pricing) courtesy of a leak from China.
Both the Samsung Galaxy C5 and Galaxy C7 share most of the specs in common and differs in the size of the screen and capacity of the battery. The devices features an all metal body build that sits between 6 – 7 mm thin and will arrive in Gold, Gray, Pink and Silver colour options.
The Samsung Galaxy C5 sports a 5.2-inch display and backed by a 2600mAh battery while the Samsung Galaxy C7 sports a 5.7-inch display and a 3300mAh battery. Both opt for a 1920 x 1080 pixels (Full HD) screen resolution, octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 617 64-bit processor and 32GB built-in storage.
Others includes 4GB of RAM, Dual SIM slots, front facing 8MP camera, rear placed 16MP camera with f/1.9 aperture, LTE connectivity and Samsung’s Ultra High Quality Audio (UHQA). In terms of pricing, the Galaxy C5 should be priced equivalent to US$ 246 (CNY 1599) and the Galaxy C7 will be available at US$ 276 (CNY 1799). We will know more on the official launch.
