Samsung’s upcoming devices in the China-bound Galaxy C series – the Galaxy C7 Pro & Galaxy C5 Pro, have both been spotted alongside the already announced Galaxy C9 Pro. The duo are expected to bring some improvements over the the Galaxy C7 and C5, but will keep the same 5.7- and 5.2-inch screen sizes respectively.
Towards the end of last year (2016), the Samsung Galaxy C7 Pro (SM-C7010) and Galaxy C5 Pro (SM-C5010) both paid a visit to China’s regulatory body – TENAA. Previously, the C7 Pro had been leaked on Geekbench benchmark results and India’s Zauba import-export site.
The two new smartphones are expected to arrive with 4GB of RAM, 16MP f/1.9 front and rear facing cameras, octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 processor, 64GB built-in storage space, Super AMOLED display, 1080p Full HD Screen resolution, NFC, Samsung Pay (MST), Hybrid Dual SIM slots, 4G VoLTE support and Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow OS pre-installed.
One of the notable differences is in the battery capacity where the Galaxy C5 Pro is backed by a 3000mAh battery and the C7 Pro opts for a bigger 3300mAh battery. We hope the Galaxy C7 Pro and C5 Pro launch sooner, rather than later.
