Samsung China has announced a new affordable 5G smartphone – the Samsung Galaxy F52 5G. The new entrant to the India-exclusive Galaxy F-series comes pre-loaded with One UI 3.1 (based on Android 11) and relies on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 750G 5nm mobile platform for 5G (SA/NSA) connectivity. The smartphone is fitted with a 6.6-inch FHD+ TFT LCD display with 120Hz refresh rate, side-placed fingerprint scanner, 3.5mm audio jack and 16MP (f/2.0) selfie camera in the top-right punch-hole notch. Photography is handled by a quad-rear camera setup with 64MP (f/1.8) sensor complemented by 8MP (f/2.2) ultra-wide, 2MP (f/2.4) depth and 2MP (f/2.4) macro sensors. Power is supplied by a 4,500mAh battery with 25W fast charging via its USB-C port.
