Samsung Galaxy F62 Debuts In India with Exynos 9825, 7,000mAh Battery

Samsung has unveiled a new India-exclusive Galaxy F series smartphone – the Samsung Galaxy F62. The device is based on the high-end Exynos 9825 (2x Exynos Mongoose M4 @ 2.73GHz + 2x Cortex-A75 @ 2.4GHz + 4x Cortex-A55 @ 1.95Ghz) 7nm EUV chipset which powered the Galaxy Note 10 series, and comes pre-loaded with One UI 3.1 (based on Android 11 OS).

The Samsung Galaxy F62 pack a large 6.7-inch sAMOLED + Infinity-O display with Full HD+ resolution, 20:9 aspect ratio, 1000000:1 contrast ratio, up to 110% NTSC colour gamut, and 420 Nits brightness. It is backed by a large 7,000mAh battery which guarantees up to two days of non-stop usage and includes support for 25W fast charging via USB-C as well as reverse charging. Photography is handled by a quad-rear camera setup headed by a 64MP camera paired with 12MP ultra-wide, 5MP depth and 5MP macro cameras.

It is also equipped with a 32MP selfie camera, side-placed fingerprint scanner, Samsung Pay NFC integration and either 6GB or 8GB of RAM with 128GB storage. It arrives in three gradient colours – Laser Blue, Laser Green and Laser Grey. Pricing for the Galaxy F62 phone start at INR 23,999 for the 6/128GB model and INR 25,999 for the 8/128GB model. It is available from Samsung.com, Flipkart.com and other online stores (Jio and Reliance Digital).
