Samsung has launched a new Galaxy J series device in India, called the Samsung Galaxy J Max. The phablet has a massive 7-inch screen, makes voice calls and comes with a Bluetooth headset for this purpose. It is backed by a massive 4000mAh battery that promises up to 9 hours of continuous usage and comes with one-year premium subscription to the Viu streaming service.
The Galaxy J Max has Dual SIM slots, supports 4G LTE (Cat.4) connectivity with VoLTE (Voice over LTE) and runs Android 5.1 Lollipop OS. It also comes with the S Bike Mode, Ultra Data Saving (UDS) mode and in either Black or Gold colours. It is priced at Rs. 13,400 (US$ 199) and goes on sale the end of July.
