Samsung has debuted the Samsung Galaxy J1 Ace in India; the entry level phone is said to have a MRP of Rs 6400 ($96) and is available in Black and white colour options.
Going to the specs, the Samsung Galaxy J1 Ace has a Super AMOLED display which the company mostly uses on flagship phones and a 4.3-inch sized display with a resolution of 480 x 800 pixels (WVGA). In comparisons with the Galaxy J1, it is hard to see any major difference in hardware specs and the design also remains the same.

Under the hood, it is powered by a dual-core processor clocked at 1.3GHz paired with 512MB RAM and 4GB space of internal storage. At the back, the device has a 5MP rear facing AutoFocus camera with LED flash, a front facing 2MP camera for selfies and there is a microSD card slot for additional storage (up to 64GB).
Connectivity option on the device includes – Bluetooth, GPS, Wi-Fi 802.11n, and 3G HSPA+. Measuring 130.1 x 67.6 x 9.5 mm in dimensions and weighing 128 grams, the Samsung Galaxy J1 Ace supports Dual SIM functionality, runs Android 4.4 Kitkat OS and is backed by a 1800mAh battery with Ultra Power saving Mode (UPSM).
