Samsung has commenced sales of its first official Android Go smartphone in India and Malaysia. Dubbed the Samsung Galaxy J2 Core, the entry-level device is powered by Samsung’s in-house Exynos 7570 quad-core 14nm processor and runs Android 8.1 Oreo (Go Edition).
The smartphone packs a 5-inch qHD TFT display, 1GB of RAM, 8MP + 5MP rear and front cameras and a lasting 2,600mAh battery. It supports 4G LTE networks with VoLTE and the on-board Smart Manager feature ensures the device remains fast and optimised.
