Samsung’s increasingly popular Galaxy J family is about to add another member, as the Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime has been touted to be released in Vietnam soon. The upcoming phablet would be the third variant of the original Galaxy J7 considering there is also a 2016 model with improved specifications.
The Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime is expected with improvements on both of its predecessors and a fingerprint scanner will also be embedded into the front home button. It should feature 3GB of RAM which is bigger compared to the 1.5GB on the Galaxy J7 and 2GB on the Galaxy J7 2016.
While the main camera remains the same at 13 MP f/1.9 snapper; the front camera has also been upped to a 8 MP snapper, an obvious upgrade over the 5MP snapper on the previous Galaxy J7 units and this should also translate into clearer selfies and video calls.
The Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime should retain the same internals and body design as well as the other specifications. It sports a 5.5-inch Full HD Super AMOLED display, 16GB built-in storage, Octa-core 1.6GHz Exynos 7870 processor, Dual SIM slots, microSD card slot for storage expansion (up to 128GB) and a 3,300mAh battery.
