Official: Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra & Galaxy Note 20 Unveiled

Samsung has officially taken the wraps off two new flagships – the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 and Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra with the ever-familiar but more advanced S Pen. Both devices come with high-end specs including 5G Connectivity, Under-display fingerprint sensor, wireless (WPC and PMA) charging, wireless PowerShare, and high-end octa-core processors (either Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 865 Plus or Samsung’s Exynos 990).

Starting with the new BLE S Pen, the stylus is designed with more precision for accuracy and responsiveness and five new gesture-based actions can be added with the new ‘Anywhere Actions’. Samsung has also included support for the Samsung Notes app, Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, Samsung DeX, and Microsoft’s Your Phone app to access mobiles apps on Windows 10 PC.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has a 6.9-inch edge QHD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2x Infinity-O display with up to 120Hz refresh rate, HDR10+ certification, and Corning Gorilla Glass Victus protection, and power is delivered by a 4,500mAh battery with 45W fast charging. The 5G model offers up to 12GB LPDDR5 RAM and 128GB/256GB/512GB (UFS 3.1) storage while the LTE model offers up to 8GB LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB/512GB (UFS 3.1) storage space.

On the other hand, the Galaxy Note 20 has a flat 6.7-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED Plus Infinity-O Display with HDR10+ certification and Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection and depends on a 4.300mAh battery with 25W fast charging. The 5G model offers up only 8GB LPDDR5 RAM with 128GB/256GB (UFS 3.1) storage, while the LTE model offers the same memory size with only 256GB (UFS 3.1) storage.

The Note 20 Ultra has a single 10MP (f/2.2, Dual Pixel AF) selfie camera and a rear triple camera setup made up of a primary 108MP (f/1.8, PDAF, OIS, 790 FOV) wide-angle sensor paired with a 12MP (f/2.2, 1200 FOV) ultra-wide sensor and another 12MP (f/3.0, PDAF, OIS, 5x Optical zoom, up to 50X Super Resolution Zoom) Periscope sensor. The rear setup has Laser Autofocus and single LED flash. The smaller Samsung Galaxy Note 20 has the same front camera, however, the rear camera setup has a primary 12MP (Super Speed Dual Pixel AF, f/1.8, OIS, 780 FOV) sensor paired with 12MP (f/2.2, 1200 FOV) ultra-wide and 64MP (f/2.0, OIS, 760 FOV) Telephoto sensors.
