Samsung has taken the wraps off the Samsung Galaxy Tab A with S Pen in its home country, South Korea. The company recently announced the Galaxy Tab A series of tablets – the 8-inch model and the 9.7-inch models.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab A With S Pen is available with a display size of 9.7-inch only for now and would come in Wi-Fi and LTE versions just like the non-S Pen models. The S Pen support on the tablet is said to come with a Smart Select Feature which makes the pen work seamlessly.
The tablet is powered by a quad-core processor clocked at 1.2GHz paired with 2GB of RAM and 32GB space of internal storage. There is a microSD card slot for storage expansion and the 9.7-inch screen has 1024 X 768 pixels resolution. Other specs details includes – 5MP rear camera, 2MP front camera, Android 5.0 Lollipop OS and a 6000mAh battery.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab A with S Pen is priced at 399,000 KRW ($373) for the Wi-Fi model and KRW 494,000 ($453) for the LTE model. The Galaxy Tab A with S Pen is expected to go on sale after the non S Pen models .
