There is also record for a 8.4-inch tablet with AMOLED displaywhich would also be available in Wi-Fi (T700) and 3G (T701) variants and also rumors of a LTE (T705) variant. According to Sammobile, Samsung was looking to release 6 variants of the Galaxy Tab S but they have decided to drop the 3G models, which means the company would be going ahead to release the LTE and Wi-Fi only versions.

Rumoured specs of the Samsung Galalxy Tab S includes: octa-core Exynos 5420 processor, Android 4.4 kitkat with Samsung Magazine UI, 8MP rear camera with LED flash, 2.1MP front facing camera.
