Samsung Electronics has added two new Galaxy tablets to its product portfolio. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 FE will deliver all the best features of the flagship Galaxy Tab S7 in a 12.4-inch screen size and S Pen (included), while the media-focused Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 Lite will offer on-the-go entertainment. They both come pre-loaded with Android 11 (One UI 3.1) and include support for microSD cards (up to 1TB).
Samsung is offering a free trial of YouTube Premium and unlimited access to Samsung TV Plus for free on the new tablets. The new tablets work seamlessly with the company’s Galaxy devices and will arrive in select regions by June.
Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 FE
The highlight of the Galaxy Tab S7 FE is the inclusion of S Pen support (in-box), opening the door for activities such as drawing, sketching, and jotting down notes. Samsung has also included multi-tasking and productivity-focused features such as Samsung DeX, Samsung Notes and ability to launch three apps at once (Multi-Window) as well as save and launch favourite app combinations at once (App Pair). It is available in 5G/LTE and Wi-Fi models.
The tablet sports a 12.4-inch WQXGA TFT display with S Pen support, 8MP AF rear camera, 5MP FF front camera, Dual Stereo Speakers (AKG & Dolby Atmos) and 10,090mAh battery with 45W Super-Fast Charging. It is powered by an octa-core processor (Qualcomm Snapdragon 750G in European models) paired with 4GB RAM with 64GB storage or 6GB RAM with 128GB storage. It will arrive in Mystic Black, Mystic Green, Mystic Pink, and Mystic Pink colours.
Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 Lite
The Galaxy Tab A7 Lite is a stepdown from the Tab S7 FE in terms of size and features. It packs a 8.7-inch WXGA+ TFT display, 8MP AF rear camera, 2MP FF front camera, and 5,100mAh battery with 15W fast charging support. It comes in either 3GB RAM with 32GB storage or 4GB RAM with 64GB storage; LTE or Wi-Fi models and Gray or Silver colours.
