Samsung Electronics has sent out online invitations for its upcoming Galaxy Unpacked 2020 event. The virtual-only event which will see the launch of the new ecosystem of Galaxy device is scheduled to hold on Wednesday, August 5 and will be streamed live on Samsung.com at 10AM ET (11AM BRT, 15PM BST, 16PM CAT, 17PM MSK, 19:30PM IST).
Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy Unpacked 2020 event is rumoured to birth the launch of at least two new Galaxy Note smartphones – the Galaxy Note 20 and Note 20+, as well as the Galaxy Fold 2 and the 5G version of the Galaxy Z Flip. There are also talks of the Galaxy Tab S7 with 11-inch and 7,760mAh battery and Galaxy S7+ with 12.4-inch display and 9800mAh battery. Samsung could also unveil a new Galaxy Watch and Galaxy Bud.
The full specifications of the new Galaxy Note 20 is unknown, however, they are expected to have huge screens, 5G connectivity, large capacity batteries, in-display fingerprint sensor and the Samsung S Pen. Rumours suggest the Galaxy Fold 2 will feature a 7.7-inch foldable internal display and 6.23-inch external display. On the other hand, the Galaxy Z Flip 5G will bring 5G connectivity to the original model and the new Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 Plus.
