We already know Samsung is working on a 18.4-inch tablet the model number – SM-T670 and is believed to be known internally as ‘Tahoe’ according to reputable sources. The tablet with has passed by Korea’s Radio Research Agency on September 30th 2015 with the certification number – MSIP-CMM-SEC-SMT670.
According to what we know, the Samsung Galaxy View (SM-T670) will sport a 18.4-inch TFT LCD display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels (Full HD), a pixel density of 120ppi and is powered by an octa-core Samsung Exynos 7580 64-bit processor clocked at 1.6GHz with 2GB of RAM.
Photography on the mamooth slate is handled by a rear facing 8MP camera and a front facing 2.1MP camera for selfies, video chats. In terms of storage, the slate has 32GB native storage space and for additional storage, there is a microSD card slot which accepts up to 128GB cards.
The Samsung Galaxy View runs Android 5.1 Lollipop OS and is backed by a 5700mAh battery. The tablet is primarily targeted at Offices, Educational locations and other related environments which means it isn’t a consumer focused device. The 18.4-inch tablet is expected to go official soon and is tipped to debut in South Korea before anywhere else.
