To celebrate the spirit of the upcoming Olympic Winter Games 2018 in PyeongChang, Samsung Electronics has launched the PyeongChang 2018 Olympic Games Limited Edition phones in partnership with the International Olympic Committee (IOC) and PyeongChang Organizing Committee.
Samsung will deliver over 4,000 PyeongChang 2018 Olympic Games Limited Edition devices to all Olympians as well as the PyeongChang 2018 Olympic family, including IOC and POCOG staff to help maintain real-time connections and capturing and sharing memories with those near and far.
The PyeongChang 2018 Olympic Games Limited Edition entail the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 which will have a shiny white back glass to celebrate the winter theme along with gold Olympics logo branding. The device will also feature pre-loaded apps to deliver the total Olympic Games experience and PyeongChang 2018 themed wallpapers.
Samsung is also committed to providing smartphones to all Paralympians at the Paralympic Winter Games PyeongChang 2018. Each Paralympian will receive the Galaxy Note 8 along with cases that feature the Paralympic Games logo as well as relevant content and technology.
