An upcoming mid-range smartphone by Samsung with the model number – SM-G5510 has been spotted on Chinese regulatory agency, TENAA. The Samsung SM-G5510 has been certified in China and is expected to be the successor to the Samsung Galaxy Grand On (SM-G5500).
Moving to the specifications, the Samsung SM-G5510 sports a 5-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) TFT display, plastic body build and is backed by a sustainable 2600mAh battery. It measures 142.8 x 69.5 x 8.1mm in dimensions, weighs in at 143 grams and has Dual SIM slots.
Under the hood, it is powered by a 64-bit quad-core processor clocked at 1.4GHz (likely the Qualcomm Snapdragon 425) paired with 2GB of RAM and runs Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow OS.
Internal storage space stands at 16GB and the miniSD card slot onboard expands it with up to 128GB. In the camera segment, there is a rear facing 13MP camera (or 8MP camera interpolated to 13MP) and a front facing 5MP camera for selfies.
There are high chances the Samsung SM-G5510 will be available in China as it support the country’s network bands (GSM,CDMA,TD-SCDMA,TD-LTE,LTE FDD,WCDMA,CDMA 2000). It should also be headed to the Indian market as it has been spotted on Zauba – India’s import and export data site.
