South East Asia Telecom (SEATEL Cambodia) has announced followed up the SEATEL V8 with the similar VoLTE enabled budget smartphone – SEATEL L2, under its brand name. The device is suitable as a beginner or backup phone, and the specs are what to expect from a $35 phone plus it runs Android Marshmallow OS, which is a plus.
The SEATEL L2 sports a 4-inch display, 1 GB of RAM and support the network’s 4G LTE connectivity as well as Voice over LTE (VoLTE). It comes pre-loaded with apps such as Yahoo, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
