Japan’s SHARP marked its return to the European market with the launch of SHARP Aquos B10, SHARP Aquos C10 and SHARP Aquos D10 at the IFA 2018 in Berlin. The B10 is powered by a Mediatek processor while the C10 and D10 are based on Qualcomm processor and appear to be variants of the Aquos S2 and Aquos S3 respectively.
SHARP Aquos B10
The SHARP Aquos B10 sports a plain 5.7-inch HD+ 18:9 display with Gorilla Glass protection, 13MP + 8MP dual rear cameras and 13MP front facing camera. It is powered by the Mediatek MT6750 processor paired with 3GB of RAM and 32GB expandable storage.
The smartphone comes pre-loaded with the now Android 7.0 Nougat OS and backed by a 4,000mAh battery. It also feature a rear fingerprint sensor and costs EUR 300.
SHARP Aquos C10
The SHARP Aquos C10 is fitted with a slightly smaller 5.5-inch display with 2040 x 1080 pixels (FHD+) resolution, 17:9 aspect ratio and Corning Gorilla Glass protection. The front notch houses the 8MP selfie camera with f/2.0 aperture and 1080p video capture.
The C10 is equipped with 12MP (f/1.75) + 8MP dual rear cameras, Qualcomm Snapdragon 630 chipset, 4GB of RAM, 64GB built-in storage and a 2,700mAh battery. It is priced at EUR 400.
SHARP Aquos D10
The SHARP Aquos D10 is the highest-end of the bunch. It sports a notched 5.99-inch (2160 x 1080 pixels) Full HD+ LCD display with 91% screen-to-body ratio, metal frame and Gorilla Glass 3 protection on the front and rear. It has a USB-C port and is backed by a 2,900mAh battery.
The device is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 630 octa-core processor paired with 4GB of RAM and 64GB built-in expandable storage. Photography is taken care of by a 16MP front camera and a 12MP + 13MP rear dual camera setup with optical zoom.
The Aquos C10 also features a rear fingerprint sensor, Face unlock, NFC, Bluetooth 4.0 and boots Android Oreo OS. It is available for EUR 399.
