SHARP has unveiled several new AQUOS branded smartphones – the AQUOS Zero 2, AQUOS Sense 3, AQUOS Sense 3 Plus and AQUOS Sense 3 Lite. All four smartphones feature the company’s IGZO display with varying resolution, Qualcomm Snapdragon processors, no 3.5mm audio jacks and USB Type-C ports.
AQUOS Zero 2
Tipping the scales at just 143 grams, the Sharp AQUOS Zero 2 has a 6.4-inch OLED FHD+ display with a refresh rate double that of the ASUS ROG Phone II – 240Hz. It comes pre-loaded with Android 10 out-of-the-box and is backed by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 mobile platform paired with 8GB RAM and 256GB UFS 3.0 storage.

For photography, it is equipped with 12MP (f/1.7) + 24MP (f/2.4) dual rear cameras and an 8MP selfie camera in the front waterdrop notch. Power is supplied by a 3,130mAh battery. There is no word on pricing yet, however, it will arrive in Astro Black and Misty White colours.
AQUOS Sense 3 and AQUOS Sense 3 Plus
The Sharp AQUOS Sense 3 has a 5.5-inch FHD+ display with 18:9 aspect ratio, 12MP (f/2.0) + 12MP (f/2.4) dual rear cameras, 8MP selfie camera and fingerprint scanner in the home button. It is backed by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 630 processor paired with 4GB RAM and 64GB built-in storage. It also comes pre-loaded with Android 9 Pie and depends on a 4,000mAh capacity battery.
The bigger AQUOS Sense 3 Plus has a bigger 6-inch FHD+ display, stereo speakers and Dolby Atmos sound, however, it retains most of the features of the Sense 3 including the 4,000mAh battery. It is powered by the slightly more powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 processor with 6GB RAM and either 64GB or 128GB storage.
AQUOS Sense 3 Lite
The Rakuten-Exclusive Sharp AQUOS Sense 3 Lite also has the same specs as the Sense 3, however the dual rear camera has been reduced to only the 12MP (f/2.0) camera.
