Siswoo has relaunched the Siswoo C50 Longbow with support for LTE networks bands in the US as the Siswoo C50A Longbow. The C50 Longbow was initially announced with LTE connectivity but supports network bands in China and Europe.
The only major difference between the Siswoo C50A Longbow and C50 Longbow is the support for LTE network bands in the US used by Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, Sprint and others – 4G LTE 700/2600/1700/1900/2100MHz. To assure customers that the device is safe for usage, it has been sent over to the FCC for checking and approval.
In terms of specs, both the C50 Longbow and C50A Longbow has the same specs; it sports a 5-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) HD IPS display, powered quad-core MediaTek MT6735 processor clocked at 1.5GHz paired with Mali-T720 MP2 GPU, 1GB RAM and 8GB native storage space.
On the back, the Siswoo C50A Longbow has a 8MP OmniVision OV8865 camera with f/2.2 aperture, on the front is a 5MP OV5670 snapper for selfies and for additional storage there is a microSD card slot for expansion up to 64GB.
Asides LTE (LTE Cat.4), others connectivity options includes – GPS, micro USB, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Bluetooth and USB 2.0. The Dual SIM (Mini-SIM) with Dual Standby enabled smartphone measures 72 x 143.6 x 7.9 mm in dimensions and weighs around 150 grams.
The Siswoo C50A Longbow runs Android 5.0 Lollipop OS and is backed by a 3000mAh battery. It is expected to be priced at the equivalent $130 when it finally goes on sale in Black and White colour options.
