Leaks Phablet Phones Rumours

Sony Xperia Z5 Specs Tipped and headed for September launch date

The Sony Xperia Z3+ (International Version) and Sony Xperia Z4 (Japan Version) have already started rolling out and less than a month after a new report suggests the Japanese company is expected to announce it’s next flagship – the Sony Xperia Z5 in Japan by September.

The Sony Xperia Z5 is expected to be a revolutionary product as it would come with a different approach compared to the Xperia Z3+/Xperia Z4 which is a minor improvement over the Sony Xperia Z3.

So what do we know about the Sony Xperia Z5 Specs – it is expected to be powered by the yet-to-be-released Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor paired with 4GB of RAM and while the display size used on the device is not known it would however keep the same OmniBalance design used on other Xperia Z Series smartphones.

The main camera would be the latest 21MP Sony Exmor RS IMX230 CMOS sensor which has 4K recording support and HDR capabilities. The Xperia Z5 is also expected to have a fingerprint scanner probably just below the camera at the back or on the home button. It would be backed by a 4500mAh battery.

Along with the Sony Xperia Z5, the company is also expected to announce the Sony Xperia Z5 Compact and the Sony Xperia Z5 Ultra. There is no word on if the company is working on or would announce the Sony Xperia Z5 Tablet.
