Spice has launched a Dual-SIM 3G enabled smartphone with the Spice Stellar 445 which would run on Android 4.3 Jelly Bean-Out-of-the-box. The Stellar 445 announcement comes after the local Indian smartphone maker announced the 6-Inch Stellar Mi-600 in June. The 3G connectivity and its Quad-core processors are the selling points for this newly introduced device.

The Spice Stellar 445 features a 4-inch TFT LCD display with a resolution of 480 x 800 pixels (WVGA), powered by a Quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor clocked at 1.2GHz with 512MB of RAM and 4GB of internal storage which supports external cards up to 32GB via a microSD card slot.

For photography, there is a rear placed 3.2-megapixels camera with LED flash and a front facing 1.3-megapixels camera for video chat. Connectivity options on the Stellar 445 includes – 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth, GPS/A-GPS and GPRS/EDGE. It runs on the already dated Android 4.3 Jelly Bean OS and is powered by a relatively small 1500mAh battery.

The Spice Stellar 445 measures 125 x 56 x 10.5 mm in dimensions, has Dual SIM slots & would be available in Black and White colour variants this early July. The device is also expected to cost Rs. 5,299 (around N15,000 in Naira) when it finally arrives.
