Swipe Technologies has announced the launch of the battery-focused Swipe Elite Power in India. The device has a rear placed fingerprint sensor and is backed by a 4000mAh battery, which is expected to last up to 15 hours of talk time on 3G networks or up to 240 hours of standby time.
Sporting a metal unibody design, the Swipe Elite Power has a 5.5-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) HD IPS display and relies on a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 210 (MSM8909) processor clocked at 1.11GHz with 2GB RAM and 16GB built-in storage space, which is expandable via microSD card slot (up to 32GB).
For imaging, the device has a rear facing 8MP camera with LED flash working alongside a front facing 5MP camera for selfies and video chats. Connectivity options on-board include – 4G LTE with Voice over LTE (VoLTE), Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS and micro USB.
Measuring 156.5 x 77 x 8.8 mm in dimensions, the Swipe Elite Power boots Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS and is available in either Champagne Gold or Space Grey colour options. The device has a Hybrid Dual SIM slot and is on sale exclusively via Flipkart for Rs. 6999 (USD 104).
